Maryhill Winery & Amphitheater Welcome a Standout Lineup for 2011 Summer Concert Season

Goldendale, Wash. (PRWEB) April 21, 2011

Maryhill Winery & Amphitheater is pleased to announce several national acts set to take the stage for the 2011 summer concert series, sponsored by Sterling Savings Bank. The acclaimed feature artists include YES and STYX, Gipsy Kings, and Michael McDonald and Boz Scaggs. Tickets for all shows are on sale through Maryhills website, with prices ranging from $ 45 to $ 49.50 for general admission on the lawn, $ 65 to $ 105 for reserved ground seats, and $ 140 for rail seating on the Tuscan-style arbor with dinner and wine service.

Located 90 minutes east of Portland and built into the natural bluffs of the Columbia River Gorge, Maryhill Winerys 4,000 seat outdoor amphitheater boasts panoramic views of the stunning scenery and was recently voted a Best of the Gorge 2010 attraction. The amphitheater, flanked by stone fruit orchards to the east and the winery and majestic Mt. Hood to the west, has become a flagship experience for those with a passion for wine and music. Concert goers can bring food for a picnic or purchase savory fare from on-site vendors to enjoy with a bottle of award-winning Maryhill wine. Before the shows begin, visitors can also explore the breathtaking grounds or try their hand at a round of Bocce ball on the new tournament quality courts.

Weve hosted three fantastic concert series since we unveiled the permanent stage in 2008 and are thrilled to welcome another round of esteemed artists this year, said Craig Leuthold, owner and founder of Maryhill Winery. The idea behind the amphitheater, and new additions such as the Bocce courts, is for visitors to enjoy the music, the food, the exceptional wine and the surroundings together as a unique Maryhill experience. The combination remains unmatched by any other venue in the region.

All concerts take place at 7 p.m. the night of the event:
